He takes it at heart to establish an excellent rapport with his patients based on a solid psychoeducation, actively involving them in the decision making of their management and treatment and regularly communicating/collaborating with other specialities involved in the care of the patient for the best outcome possible.
Dr Nizar Hojaili is a General Adult Psychiatrist, with special interest in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He joined CMC Dubai in April 2021. His education journey took him to Canada (BSc, Concordia University) and the Netherland Antilles (MD, University of Sint Eustatius).
Education
He gained in 2008 a Post Graduate Award (PGA) in Professional skills in Healthcare from the University of Warwick.
Dr. Hojaili obtained in 2016 his Certificate of Completion of training (C.C.T.) in General Psychiatry from the General Medical Council (GMC), UK.
Job experience
Throughout the years, Doctor Hojaili actively engaged in formally teaching, assessing and examining Medical Students, Nursing Staff and Junior Doctors/Residents in Psychiatry.
From the February 2017 Dr Hojaili worked initially as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, before relocating to Lebanon in the summer 2018 were he joined Bellevue Medical Centre in Mount Lebanon and Clemenceau Medical Centre in Beirut.
